The studio stated on Tuesday that Courtney D. Armstrong is becoming a member of Paramount as president of enterprise affairs and administration. In the meantime, senior govt vp enterprise and authorized affairs Stephen Plum is departing Paramount. Jay Galston, govt vp strategic planning and enterprise improvement, can be leaving.
Within the new position, Armstrong — a longtime veteran of Warner Bros. — will oversee enterprise and authorized affairs for the entire studio’s live-action and animation manufacturing divisions. Moreover, he will even lead the studio’s enterprise improvement workforce. In that capability, he won’t solely oversee the evaluation and analysis of all new enterprise alternatives for Paramount, however will work on the corporate’s strategic planning actions.
